Pricing · Open beta

Free during the beta. Likely free for a good while after.

ATLAS is in open beta for startups, small businesses and non-profits. Every module is included at no cost while the beta runs. We can't promise how long that will be — but the organizations that help shape ATLAS, by telling us what works, what doesn't and what's missing, are the ones we intend to look after.

We ask

Tell us how it is going

Use ATLAS for real work, and tell us honestly what helps and what gets in the way — any time from the Help & feedback button, and in a two-minute check-in once a quarter. That is the whole of it.

After the beta

Up to 24 months more, free

We expect to offer active beta testers up to 24 months of continued free access once the beta ends. Your data stays yours — ask for a complete export whenever you like — and we will give you at least 60 days' notice before anything about your access changes.

Not sure where you would start? Answer four quick questions and we'll point you at the modules that fit — no account needed.

Questions

About the beta

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no plan to choose, no card to enter and nothing to cancel. Every organization in the beta has every module.

Who is the beta for?

Startups, small businesses and non-profits — organizations where governance, records and policies are somebody's second job. If that sounds like you, you are who we are building for.

How long does the beta run?

We don't know yet, and we would rather say so than invent a date. When it ends you will hear from us with at least 60 days' notice before anything about your access changes.

What happens to us when the beta ends?

We intend to look after the organizations that helped shape ATLAS. We expect to offer active beta testers up to 24 months of continued free access, confirmed in writing to each eligible organization when the beta closes.

What counts as an "active" beta tester?

An organization that keeps telling us how it is going — mostly through the two-minute check-in we ask for once a quarter, and any feedback you send along the way. No quotas, no minimum usage.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Every register and document can be printed or saved as a PDF at any time, and we will provide a complete export of your organization's data whenever you ask — during the beta or after it. See our Trust page for how it is stored and protected.

Is ATLAS finished?

No — that is the point of a beta. Things will change, and some will break. When something does, the Help & feedback button reaches us directly.

Can we get hands-on help?

Yes, if you want it. ArcSense offers optional advisory sprints for organizations that would rather have an expert alongside them. You never need one to use ATLAS.

The binding terms of beta access are in our Terms of Service. Optional advisory support is described on our Consulting page.
