Open beta · For startups, small businesses & non-profits
The governance back office your organization never had time to build
Board records, AI policy, software spend, security questions, strategy — kept in one place, by the people who already do this work on top of their day jobs.
ATLAS is in open beta. We're inviting small organizations to use every module at no cost, and to tell us honestly what helps and what doesn't.

Where most organizations start
Startups & scaleups
A customer sent a security questionnaire and your team's AI use has no policy behind it.
Built for startupsSmall businesses
SaaS auto-renewals have been processing for months and nobody has a complete list of what you pay for.
Built for small businessNonprofits & public sector
Minute books are scattered, the strategic plan is a PDF, and funder governance expectations keep rising.
Built for nonprofitsThe challenge
Three gaps that show up in almost every organization
Strategy without traction
Most organizations have a strategic plan. Few have a reliable way to connect it to the technology investments and delivery decisions happening every day.
Technology without direction
Systems accumulate, priorities multiply, and dependencies become invisible. By the time the picture is clear, the cost of change is already high.
New technology, ungoverned
AI tools are already in use across most organizations — often without consistent policies, oversight, or any shared understanding of the risk they carry.
Your first month
From “we should really sort this out” to something you can hand your board
- 01 · Day one
Tell us what brought you here
An AI policy, a minute book, a renewal that surprised you. ATLAS suggests two or three places to start — about fifteen minutes each.
- 02 · Week one
Write down what you already know
The AI tools your team uses, the meetings you held, the software you pay for. Most organizations find more than they expected.
- 03 · Weeks two and three
Produce the document someone asked for
An acceptable use policy, a security policy, board minutes — drafted from templates written for small organizations, ready to print.
- 04 · By month one
Know where you stand
A readiness checklist across everything you keep in ATLAS: what is in place, what is outstanding, and what to deal with first.
The open beta
No plans to compare. No card to enter. Just help us get it right.
Every module, at no cost
All nine modules are included for every organization in the beta — not a trial of two. Use as much or as little as helps.
What we ask in return
Tell us what works and what gets in the way — any time from the Help & feedback button, and in a two-minute check-in once a quarter.
What happens after the beta
We can't promise how long the beta runs. We do intend to look after the organizations that help shape ATLAS, and expect to offer active testers up to 24 months of continued free access.
Platform Integration · Model Context Protocol
Connect your personal AI to your entire operational system
Your AI companion is only as good as the context it can see. Connect Claude to ATLAS via a secure OAuth login and your companion gains real-time, context-grounded visibility into your strategies, software, risks, and compliance records.
No copy-pasting context. A single connection — a URL and a login — links your AI to the unified ledger of your organization, scoped strictly to your account permissions.
"Vet our upcoming software renewal against our security threats and capability goals."
"[Connected via ATLAS MCP]
• SaaS: BillForge ($14,500) renews in 20 days.
• EA: It maps to capability 'Core Billing', which we are migrating next quarter.
• Security: It has 2 active security alerts.
Recommendation: Cancel renewal and expedite the Stripe migration."
Platform
Everything is included in the beta
Each module answers a question someone will eventually ask you — a funder, a customer, an auditor, your own board. They share one record, so what you write down once shows up wherever it is needed.
